**EMAIL ME PRIOR TO BOOKING TO BE SURE I AM AVAILABLE FOR YOUR EVENT DATE**

In addition to sending me your event date(s), please send me your event location & time event starts and ends

PRICING INCLUDES:

• 10-15 min blank face paintings/drawings (see pics for medium & style options) on 4in x 6in paper (with custom event details pre printed on paper)

• On site fee/materials

• Approx 3-4 paintings per hour (up to two people in each painting). if you’d like more portraits done at the event per hour, I can hire another trusted artist(s) for an additional fee (ask for pricing, based on your location) - I can also complete painting any remaining photos after the event for a bulk discount (see below) and have them shipped to you after!

• Arrival of 1-2 hours before guests arrive to set up

• Minimum of 6 hours of working with one 20 min break

• Includes on site painting only (any other portraits that I didn’t get to at the event can be completed at my home studio after the event and shipped to you when complete as a special bulk discount pricing offer to the couple/client)

  • $10 per person (including bulk discount + free shipping all to ONE address) if ordering over 10 paintings (the paintings are regularly $20 per person if ordered individually)

  • Shipping - FREE (all paintings shipped on one package to one address)

• Choose your preferred portrait style in the examples seen from my instagram post at the bottom of this page (default/popular style is watercolor)

PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE (based on your event address - if locations is within 30 minutes from West Haven, CT, there is no travel fee):

1. 2 way flights

2. lodging & meals

3. gas/tolls/other travel costs

4. rental car

5. Completion of remaining portraits leftover after the event

6. Additional artists for more completed portraits at the event itself

REQUIREMENTS FROM EVENT VENUE/YOU THAT MUST BE SET UP AND READY FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE (or else I won't be able to work and I won't be able to refund and payments if the following needs aren't met):

1. 3ft - 4ft table with tablecloth (tablecloth is optional if you want it to match other tables)

2. chair

3. the chair must be no more than 4 ft. away from a working outlet that I will need to use the entire time I'm there, and not share with any other vendor or else I will not be able to work and will not be able to refund any payments if I'm unable to work because of this

4. I will set up a QR sign easily explaining to your guests how to go about getting a portrait, must have venue wifi or working cellular service in the venue (I can add the wifi name to the QR code instructions for guests to easily connect)
